Emilia D. Cirigliano

Psychological Counselor, Secondary School Teacher, and Social Pedagogue

Emilia D. Cirigliano, Individual Psychology & Body-Centered Counseling Practice

Through my own migration experience, I learned early on to observe both cultural and societal influences and explore their impact on life (resilience).

My focus is on fostering resources and personal growth. What inspires me is the positive view of human nature in individual psychology and the holistic approach offered by body-centered psychology.

In Life Narrative Work, new paths open up to revisit and understand one’s life story. Using diverse methods, nature walks, and individualized, including nonverbal, approaches, spaces for inner resonance are created. In meditative moments, this can lead to a deep connection with oneself.

When we deny our Stories, they define us.

When we own our Stories, we get to write a brave new ending.
